From banking to entertainment, a detour into HR consultancy, a brief period learning to make chocolate before starting her own business and becoming a coach. Valerie O’Hanlon is a life and career coach having founded her own company, Clarence Consulting back in 2014. She then qualified as a coach in 2015 and went on to win the ICF Ireland career coach of the year in 2016. I had the pleasure of talking with her recently to get her insights and advise for those just starting out on their own coaching journey.
